Orders, Shipping & Returns

Many Curbo Creative products are made or printed to order. Current processing or preorder timelines will be listed with the applicable product or sale.

Please review your design, color, size, and other selections carefully before ordering. Made-to-order, personalized, and custom products are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.

Privacy

When you place an order or use our website, Curbo Creative LLC may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing information, order details, and website usage information.

We use this information to process orders, communicate with customers, operate and improve our website, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements.

Information may be shared with service providers such as Squarespace, payment processors, shipping providers, email services, and analytics providers as necessary to operate our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Website & Product Terms

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizing, pricing, and photographs. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device, and handmade or printed products may have minor variations.

We reserve the right to correct website or pricing errors and to cancel or refund an order when necessary.

Original Curbo Creative designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Nothing in these policies limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
